Knitting in the FUN!

   Knitting is a fun and productive hobby.  You can learn to make beautiful   handcrafted items for yourself or to give as gifts.  We offer basic knitting  courses, cable knitting instruction and project related courses.  In addition,   we are available to you if you have any questions via phone and email. 

   Beginner Courses

  •  Cast On, Knit, Purl, Bind Off, basic pattern reading
  •  Group lessons - $20 per person, average 1 hour 30 minute lesson
  •  Private Lessons - $25 per 1 hour lesson

    •   -If I provide materials (bamboo needles, 1 skein of yarn) it is an additional   $15

       Cable Knitting

  •  Group Lessons - $25 per person, average 1 hour 30 minute lesson
  •  Private Lessons - $30 for a 1 hour 30 minute lesson
  •  must have basic knitting knowledge

    •   -If I provide materials (bamboo needles, cabling needles, 1 skein of yarn)     it is an extra $20; if just the cabling needles $10

       Scarf Course

  •  Should have basic knowledge of knitting
  •  Knit a basic knit/purl scarf, ribbed scarf, or multi colored striped scarf
  • Group course - $20 per 2 hour lesson
  • Should have your own materials

    •    Hat Course

  •  should have basic knowledge of knitting
  •  knit a basic cap; if you want to cable you can make a cable knit beanie.
  • Group course - $30, will need to meet on successive weeks, 1 hour 30    minutes per week
  • Must have your own materials
